Countless times I've been called out on an emergency drain service call welcomed by both the homeowner, who called us, and a helpless slightly inexperienced service technicians from one of the rooter companies that got his undersized cable tangled-up in their drain pipe. Or worse, a trench from one and of their yard to the other. Too often, I ask why they didn't call us 1st and they say, "I didn't know you guys did drain service work?"
Trenches are unnecessary in the replacement of a sewer pipe. In these cases we dig a hole on either side and use a hydraulic pipe bursting machine that drags a new HOPE (high density polyethylene) pipe in place of the old pipe. Our use of in-line cameras, state of the art drain service equipment along with well trained technicians gets you the best solution. In the local plumbing circles we were mockingly known as "the drain pros". So I figured this to be a good name for our sewer service*.
